My order is charging us tax but we are tax exempt?

If you have an account or you're logged in already, email us at sales@firehosedirect.com the appropriate tax exempt documents and we will refund your taxes the next business day. Use "Tax Exempt Status" in the subject line along with your order number. If you don't want to place an order and have your taxes refunded, just email us appropriate tax exempt documents.

I don't have an account and we are tax exempt?

Tax exempt customers must create an account by clicking "Login" on the top right hand corner and then click "Register". Once you're registered, email us at sales@firehosedirect.com the appropriate tax exempt documents and we'll mark your customer account tax exempt. You will receive an email from customer support that your account is tax exempt.

How can we make our account Tax Exempt for every order?

Once we have your exemption form we'll apply it to your account and email you back letting you know you're ready to order tax free. From that point forward you should be able to order on our website without tax being added to your order.

My order is still showing taxes?

If your account has been approved as tax exempt, you may need to log out and log back in again to remove taxes from your order. If you're still having trouble, please call or email us.
