If you're uncertain about the part you need, please call, chat or email our U.S.-based support team before placing your order. This helps prevent returns, saves time and avoids costly extra shipping charges for everyone.
Received a Part You Didn’t Order?
Contact us right away and we’ll do our best to get the correct part to you as soon as possible. You may be asked to email us a photo of the incorrect item to help expedite the process. We’ll send you a free return shipping label. We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen.
Accidentally Ordered the Wrong Part?
No problem, it happens! We recommend calling our support team so we can help identify the correct part for your setup. We may ask for measurements or photos to assist in finding the right solution.
- We offer free outbound shipping for most orders over $100, therefore returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover outbound shipping and return processing costs.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Returned items must be in new, resalable condition.
Products That May NOT Be Returned
- Items marked "Custom Order" or "Special Order"
- Nonstandard hose lengths (only 50 ft and 100 ft are standard)
- 3" NH products
- Pin Rack Hose or any assembly including Pin Rack Hose
- Large quantity orders (return-ability at our discretion)
- Products that have been shipped internationally
